EDF Energy & BE (Energy – Acquisition Integration) – Post Merger Integration Review Lead. Deal Value £12.5Bn, focus was on business integration and synergy realization..

Thomas Cook acquisition of MyTravel (Leisure)- Synergy Assurance Lead. Circa £1m services project. Group Merger Value of £8Bn. Synergies estimated £180m.

APAX acquisition of Qualitest – First 100 Day Plan Value Creation Lead. Circa $1m services project. Deal value $950m. Post deal synergy realization and performance improvement.
